Tom Griswold spent 4 years working as a farm implement mechanic, 8 years in high speed line manufacturing and 22 years, with the US Army Corps of Engineers, working with extreme  tolerance projects, both of massive weight and size and duplicating intricate replacement parts.

He received his initial training in the US Navy. In his experience in full service machine shops working for the Corps of Engineers, Griswold received numerous awards for being an excellent machinist, pipe fitter and innovative thinker.

Griswold has an instinctive ability to understand complex mechanical equipment and systems, to troubleshoot their problems and provide methodical repairs and solutions that work …in a timely manner!
